College of Engineering Dean Candidates to Visit Campus - May 15 through May 25

Provost and Executive Vice President Kathleen Enz Finken has accepted the recommendation of the College of Engineering Dean Consultative Search Committee, chaired by Bob Crockett, to invite four finalists for the position to visit campus.  Biographies, curricula vitae and interview schedules are linked below.

Faculty, staff, students and the campus community are invited to attend the Open Forum scheduled for each of the finalists:

  • Thursday, May 18, 11:10 a.m. to Noon, Building 192 (Engineering IV) Room 106 - Joseph Rencis
  • Monday, May 22, 11:10 a.m. to Noon, Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) - Joseph Hughes
  • Wednesday, May 24, 11:10 a.m. to Noon, Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) - Michael Chajes
The Consultative Search Committee and others involved in this critical search value the comments of the campus community. Participants and attendees at Open Forums are encouraged to provide their comments confidentially to one of the search committee members listed on the Candidate Comment Sheet (doc), which will be provided at each Open Forum.
